If you goto http://yourdomain.com/webmail
Before the user clicks on Horde, you can click the change password button at the bottom
the link is:
http://yourdomain.com:2095/webmail/x…yourdomain.com
(this is for cPanel 11 and those using X3)
But the same link is available in previous versions on cPanel
